The Artist's Way: Group Course (Jan - April '26)
For the third year in a row, our Artist's Way course is back! Join Atrium in this 12-week online course to delve into the realms of creative unblocking, sustainable rituals, and artistic accountability.
Led by Atrium, this course blends the Artist's Way framework with modern psychology, mindfulness practices, and tailored art exercise to foster an environment for growth, accountability, and personal exploration.
In a supportive group environment, this course will cover themes ranging from
Self-identification as an artist
Recovering your creativity
Navigating criticism and comparison
Overcoming the influence of external factors
Building sustainable and generative creative habits like morning pages and artist dates
Cultivating resilience and setting boundaries
Harnessing the power of vulnerability
Tactical exercises to get your creativity flowing
Each week we will meet on zoom for an hour to break down the week's reading, participate in writing prompts and art exercises, share work, and join in guided group discussion.
Our goal is that you will leave this course with new friendships, supportive mentors, and a toolkit to navigate creative challenges while fostering a profound understanding of the intersection between creativity, mind, body, and soul.
Logistics:
We suggest buying The Artist's Way book and the workbook to complement your practice, but you don't need to, as we will supply most of the information needed.
Classes will be on Zoom from 6pm-7pm Pacific Time, Wednesday nights, from January 28 - April 15.
