Our story
With 15+ years of experience working in the music industry, longtime friends and colleagues Julia Willinger and Chrissy Stuart co-founded Atrium after noticing a lack of discourse around mental health for artists.
Chrissy (previously of Beggars Music, SXSW, Downtown Music Publishing) is a transdisciplinary artist, holographer, and scholar of Depth Psychology. She is certified in Social & Emotional Arts through UCLA and received her M.A. in Depth Psychology and Creativity at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Chrissy employs a Jungian, archetypal, and image-based approach to working with the psyche in her roles as an Active Imagination instructor and Dream Work facilitator.
Julia Willinger (previously of Mom & Pop Music, XL Recordings, management for The National) is a Relational and Trauma-informed Psychotherapist specializing in Internal Family Systems and Jungian Psychology. She holds a Masters in Counseling, is a certified yoga and meditation instructor with over 500 hours of training, and has completed diverse trainings in mindfulness, Buddhism, and other modalities of therapy, which all inform her work as a therapist and educator.
Combining deep training in psychology and coaching with years of experience across leading labels, publishers, and management, Julia and Chrissy are uniquely positioned to support artists in building sustainable, fulfilling careers in music.
